    Yes there is I don't know the exact link but there are two. I have DVDs and I am in the PUSH phase changed my body fat by 10%! I love it.

    I finished a round a couple weeks ago and lost 8# and lots of inches! Let me know if you have any questions (I'm a Team Beachbody coach as well). :flowerforyou:

    How many days a week are you supposed to do this workout?

    5 days a week if you follow it as laid out, but I added in running w/ the workouts since I'm half marathon training. Worked great for me! :bigsmile:

    Well, I did the 3 weight workouts and then my 3 runs a week, then I had 1 rest day. Worked really well, I didn't feel overtrained and feel strong for my half marathon in 2 weeks.
