I have lost over 100 lbs total and I am the same way. I don't want to get bulky but I have skin left over. I run.... it tighten everything except for my arms. :flowerforyou:

There is also a recipe called "cloud bread", they are made of egg whites and are extremely low in calories. Less than 15 a piece. They are more like hamburger buns when you make them though.:smile:

I definitely have a harder time doing my cardio workout in the morning versus in the evening. I actually enjoy it in the morning once I get there, but getting there is half the battle. I have Asic Nimbus 14. They have a lot of bounce in them.

I get it when I use the eliptical machines. I don't get it when I run though. Maybe it's the way you are running. Do you have a "bounce" when you run or do you hit hard?
