Day 18 here! Last night was the first time I didnt want to press play - I reckon it's cos I started exercising too late so I was tired, not making that mistake tonight! Digging deeper and trying not to get discouraged by the scales. INCH LOSS INCH LOSS and INCH LOSS!!

I have to keep on reminding myself that inches loss is everything, scales arent that important. Ive gone up on the scales but trying not to get discouraged. I'm going to give it a full month before attempting to chang anything.

Finished Day 16 :-D QUARTER OF THE WAY THROUGH!!!!! WHOOP!!! I've done my measurements I'm down 0.5inches everywhere I'm not stepping on the scales til Saturday earliest as I dont want to get demotivated going to try and focus of inch and fat loss only. Keep digging everyone!

Yep that super super low, try the formula and see how you get on with that, if youre worried on bumping it up all the way try bumping it bit by bit and yes I'd say deffo eat more. Let us know how youre getting on!

I just went according to the insanity guide and therefore havent changed much in terms of my settings. I just calculated my calories according to the forumula I went of medium active rather than high which gave me around 1650 calories so I aim for around there i'm also trying to stick as close to the recommended 40 40 20…

OH WOW! I've got a half a marathon coming up in end of Oct bar last week i've been running 3 times a week now ive started Insanity. I reckon Ill do solely Insanity til Day 15, then i'm hoping to add in one short run and one long run from Aug 1. I guess you must be running 4 times a week at the moment?

I lost 0.5 inches for my waist and each thigh after Day 7 and as of today Day i'm down 1lb. Started at 130lb. Will update weight and do full stats on Day 15

Day 9 complete! I acutally dislike Pure Cardio my least favourite workout but you know what? I'm still go push push play! Got awesome results in Week 1 so hoping for even better results for week 2 :-)

Day 6 complete! Day 7 tomorrow (Friday) is gonna be my 'rest' day but i'm actually going to an outdoor circuit class lol I'm going to take it easy though and either pick up Day 8 on saturday or sunday if I need a proper rest day! I know what you mean about it being a 'let down' i was thinking that half way through BUT it is sooo good for killing soreness and also I feel unless you're used to working out at such a high intensity you kinda need that recovery day. Didnt do so great eating wise today but i'm going to try and also squeeze in a quick run before Insanity tonight! Saturday will be start of week 2 so Ill weigh in and measure then and report back but i feel a difference in my stamina and my arms already :-)

Day 5 - (or day 6 as I skipped the fit test) complete! I noticed an improvement in stamina even though this only the 2nd time doing plyometric cardio circuit. Also my arms feel stronger. I'm pleased :) I think I might run tomorrow, do a class on friday rest on saturday then pick up day 7 on sunday but who knows? Insanity…

I'm on Day 5! Soreness died down about the Cadrio Recovery whilst I was doing it I thought this is a waste of time but now i'm greatful for it, it's really helped reduce the soreness

DId Pure Cardio it was good but I didnt enjoy it as much as the other ones although I LOVED the push up jacks i thnk they're called :-) Day 5 today! WHOOP!
