if you follow the macro split 40 40 20 and eat a decent amount of GOOD calories you will see results in fat loss, inches and/lbs. i have one more workout left but cant bring myself to do it lol i think I lost momentum a little plus my half marathon coming up in just under 5 weeks! Ive promised myself that I will complete the last Insanity workout before the end of the week so hold me to that people!

Can't wait to you all post results, I'm nearly the end of Insanity Round 1 too, i really regret not taking pictures this round but so far I've had some awesome results! Will check back here in a week. Anyone thinking of doing another round or a hybrid albeit after a well deserved break of course!

Glad to see I am not the only person training for a half with Insanity. I have people acting like I have lost my mind for trying to do both but I don't think Insanity is enough of a workout for the results they promise.
