  • you need to check what your eating too if everything your eating is bad for for then yor body will store it as fat, because your sticking to around 1200 cals then you need to mix it up abit more, i joined mfp to keep track of what i was eating after loosing 3 stone, the way i did that was to make sure i was getting plenty…

  • this story may make you feel worse unfortunaltely :ohwell: i used to have 34g cups and after weightloss went down to a 32e, however....... i still have the amount of skin for a 34g cup and look quite unsexy im now considering an uplift to remove all the excess skin as it will be the only way to fix the problem....... sorry
  • You seem to be doing really well already but try switching your breakfast cereal to special k (red berries) theres only about 170 calories in a bowl (that includes the milk) and like has already been mentioned try adding a few veggies in, veggies are really filling with little calories, i always try and do a little cardio…
