I have my doctor test me several times, every time I ask he rolls his eyes. He says I am within normal range. I just know I am low for me. I am thinking of trying new doctor. Any of you guys had success with injectables

I have been advised that the addition of protein to a meal slows BS spikes, I realize it all ends up the same but nothing wrong with a stable BS. why is the mantra a calorie is just a calorie the mantra..........unless it comes to protein? sugars also have hormonal effects that can be part of the equation, from my understanding it is not quite so simple as a cal is a cal.. If so then why track macros at all. I was diagnosed diabetic 3 yrs ago been to half dozen docs…

first post sw379 current weight after 16 weeks 344 started with body for life currently modified 3 x 8 BB type lifting 3 or 4 times a week just finished first week of c25k treadmill started out walking 2.8 mph 12 wks ago now can go 5mph for a few min good group here not too many guys on reg board

matt or anyone question slightly off topic. What you said about protein.......... does a 50 yr old out of shape(350) need 1lb per LBM? Thats over 200 for me. Is that necessary for someone my age doing bill phillips BFL 3 times a week? Thanks

many years ago (late 70s) when kettlebells had their first boom, we had a coach that used them while facing(very close) a wall to teach good form for the squat now that i am older they seem to do the job on their own

15 a week will add up fast im 50 so im thinking i may only train squats 2 time a week and even 10 a week isnt bad i guess ill check the ego
