I'm 5'1, started out at 183 in October of 2010 and got down to 138 last summer. Unfortunately, back up to 146 now (crazy work schedule + burnt out & lost motivation + crazy holidays = a little weight gain) :( But back at it and working hard again. Great ideas! Thanks for sharing! I buy 100% whole wheat bagel thins, poach an egg (I have a toaster that toasts the toast and poaches the egg, but I think there are microwave poachers too), and add a slice of 2% cheddar cheese on top. Yum! :)
