I'm up to 40 pushups. It was really hard this morning...I could feel the burn. The First Lady Arm workout is getting easier, so I'm going to move up to Level 2 tomorrow.

Today I did 31 pushups. It was a little rough. I also did my First Lady workout. I feel stronger.

Since January 29th, I've lost 2.75 inches off each arm. This is just from Aqua aerobics and cardio. I'm looking for to seeing what happens after I do the arm exercises for 30 days straight. Thanks for joining the challenge.

Because I know me...If I try to do too much too fast, I will find an excuse to quit. I decided to chanllenge myself with the pushups because I felt that I needed to do more than what I was doing. So, let me do this push up thing and the First Lady's routine for a month and I wll go from there. Thanks for the advice though.

I found a regime that they say is her's. I do that also. I'm just on the beginner's level right now. I am also doing the 30 DS that incorporates some arm and shoulder exercises. I have bad knees. The wall pushups are good for me. I can really feel it when I'm doing them and for a few minutes afterwards.

Welcome, you can add me too. I tried Atkins a few times. When I did it the way it said to do it, I lost weight. But, that way of eating is hard to maintain. I always crave what I'm told I can't have. I have about 95 pounds left to lose.

I'm sorry I didn't respond to the second part. I do use the machines at the gym but pushups have always been hard for me, and I wanted to challenge myself to start doing them. I was doing them at one time, and I could see the difference in a small amount of time. I just wanted to see if I could get them to work for me…
