I have been having a net of 1200/day (sometimes even less!) and I feel I am not getting anywhere. In the last month I havent lost anything even though I have been so diligent with my eating and gym. After hearing your story I am going to up net to 1500 for a week and see what happens. Wish me luck!

I checked out some TDEE calculators online, my TDEE is 2000! Which means Im 300 short :/ I will try upping my intake and see if I see a difference. Hey guys. I just finished day 4. It was going great thus far, I thought I felt myself manage the exercises a little better I even felt better already. But when I stepped onto the scale I was horrified to see I gained weight!!!! Has this happened to anyone else? Am i overeacting and should I just continue? Advise please!

Thanks guys. thats really helpful. bobbisplayin, you know some once suggested that to me before - I get really bad headaches which apparently can be caused by vit d deficiency. I think its time I gave it a shot. Will get some supplements tomorrow. Thanks!
