I switched out rest days since I did a gaZillion squats in my kettlebells class. Day 3 4 5 6 done! Sorry I can't check in daily but great job everyone! Hope all booties are sore!

I have hashimotos and have been gluten free for two years. I am mot in need of medicine because my thyroid functions normally just have elevated antibodies. My Dr recommend a change in the food that I ate. the gf diet has mad my body feel better and I have lost some weight from it as well.

I do squats with a chair in my KB class and trainer says the lower you go the higher your butt gets so believe me in touch that seat!

I have been doing KB for 1.5 yrs and it is the most fun workout that I have done. My body shape has changed so much an my trainer kicks my *kitten* and I love it!

Maybe recommend some healthy changes to the menu or ask him if he needs any nutritional counseling since u have learned so much about nutrition.

you could use corn tortillas but they tend to not fold as easily and are smaller then wheat tortillas and look for a soy sauce alternative in health food section or store such as tamari. I am GF so let me know if u need other options!!!

I forgot to post uesterday but I did week 3 column 2 and I feel that I am getting stronger each time but again i think i will repeat this week and see if i can so standars push ups rather then knee push ups and if not then hey whats so bad w doing 100 knee push ups :)

ok wednesday stats to do 14/19/14/14/19. did all on my knees :( my arms and pecs are really sore from monday so I may repaeat this week until i feel stronger and able to do standard push ups!

ok I did week 3 column 2 and that was killer! Did the first 3 sets standard and the last two i did on my knees...PHEW!

I just read that depending on the type of juicer you have will determine how long the juice is good for. example a masticating juicer will keep juice for 72 hours if in air tight jar. with centrifuge juicers you need to drink asap because of the heat given off during juicing you lose more nutrients.

never had it but i just bought some after reading a yummy recipe and it did say if using it as a salad to dress the salad early to let let the kale soften up a bit.... let me know how it goes :)
