I saw someone else on here say "If I bite it I write it." and that's my philosophy too

You're so beautiful! Great job!

I second seamonkey. Ballet is your new best friend, and while it can be pretty intimidating as an adult to go to a ballet class, I promise you we don't bite :)

Have you tried dry brushing your cellulite? Works wonders for me :)
-
I do it, and I'm a ballet dancer (very petite frame and my muscles are not at all bulky). No modification needed for us girls, and don't let anyone tell you you're going to turn into some Arnie looking thing if you lift heavy; you won't, and even better, your bum will be a thing of glory.

You look incredible!

My routine: Wake up, go for run, core routine and stretches, breakfast, shower and stuff, walk to school, 3 hours ballet, walk home, quick wash and lunch, walk to town, 3+ hours work, walk home, dinner, practice routines and pointe drills and do flexibility exercises, go for a run, weight training, evening snack, bath and…

Microwave instant Oats! Or microwave omlette. It takes 30 seconds and keeps you going. Tons of recipes online for them as well.

I have a pretty high protein goal, and I like to keep my fats high too, but as long as I get my protein and stay under my calories I don't worry too much about my other macros. What is super important to me: Fibre for obvious reasons Potassium because I'm at ballet school and my poor muscles need it Calcium because I'm…

I grew up with konyaku (yam cake, what shirataki noodles are made of) and I can't imagine life without it. Try looking in your nearest asian supermarket for them. If they're not labelled in english, they'll be labelled "しらたき".

I've got a hot cross bun in the freezer. It's my first meal post-goal weight. Little things make me happy.

I've always been very skinny. It took a huge amount of effort to put on all the weight I have done (being on complete bed-rest for 6 weeks and eating nothing but cakes, fries, milkshakes, ice cream etc every day). It's quite a fight losing it now though. Hope I haven't wrecked myself too much :x

To break in the shank of a new pair of pointes we put the part we want to soften against a door frame and keep opening and closing the door on them. If it's the back part of the heel that you need to soften then you could give that a try. The other thing is to keep the shoes with you when you're watching TV or something…

I enter absolutely everything from diet soda to sugar free gum. I even tried searching for paper when I accidentally took a bite out of the napkin my protein cookie was in (yes, I know it's indigestible fibre). The only thing I don't enter is when I open a new pot of greek yoghurt and lick the thick bit off the lid. That…

Strong Lifts or Starting Strength, both are great.

That's incredible! Bravo!!

"Irregardless". You mean regardless.... Weird food? I absolutely adore peanut butter on celery. Mixing cocoa powder with cottage cheese is good too.

Flaxmeal is your new best friend :)
-
I make something I call chocage cheese. Basically I put some cottage cheese in a bowl. Add cocoa powder. Add a packet of sweetener. Mix it like crazy. Mouthgasm.

I have some flaxmeal every morning and night. It sounds gross, but I make a sort of porridge with a heaped tablespoon of flaxmeal, a pack of sweetener and a sprinkle of cinnamon then cover in hot water and let it get a bit slimy. It's delicious, but i love slimy food. Alternatively, cover it in cold water, give it a good…

London girl, have had the app for ages but I've only just started using it and actually dieting. Hoping to make some friends on here for motivation :)
