I have been on antianxiety meds for about 14 years after the diagnosis of autism with my son. If you follow the plan, weight will come off no matter what. It may not come off as fast as others but that could be a difference in metabolism, not necessarily because of the meds. Good luck. We CAN do this!!!

Thank you all for your advise. I ate more protein yesterday and feel amazing today, not hungry and lost a pound since yesterday. What more can I ask. LOL Thanks again.

I'm so glad that I saw this post! I've been on track for about 5 weeks now and didn't know if I should eat back the calories worked off or not. I'll start today and maybe more weight will come off quicket. Thanks again!
