I just wanted to do a mini photo update. The one on the right was in January - my highest was 260 in December - not pictured. Can you tell any difference? I can see it in person but not sure if you can see it in the pics. The purple shirt was a 2x and it was snug - the black one is a ladies 16/18 XL. I haven't wore one that size in about 5 years !!!

    Is your pic in Photobucket or Flickr? In Photobucket, click on "Direct Link", then paste it here. Type [ img] at the beginning of the link and [/img ] at the end.

    Make sure you use lower case for the img part and don't put in any spaces (I had to or it would have tried to make the text an image.

    Oh, and Edit your picture size to make sure that the largest size is 550 or less.

    ok i resized that thing 3 times and this is all that comes up lol! so i flipped it so you could see the other one :)

    Ty sometimes it's hard to see what your really losing without pictures to show you - b/c if you're like me then you still feel the way you were months ago. It's nice to see that all your hard work wasnt for nothing :)

    funny thing I have on the same pants as in the first one and they are way way loose on my legs where they were super tight :)

    Your right that it's hard to see a difference when the two pictures are apart, but the difference when the pictures are merged is astounding! Great job!
