    I'm turning 49 Friday....and finding weight coming off now very slowly. I've gone from eating poorly and not exercising....to exercising 6 days per week and eating 1200 calories + some of my exercise calories. Weight...dropping 1 lb per week.....veryyyyyy slow.

    Any thoughts? You seem to be a similar age....and I'm wondering if its an age thing.
