I am eating 1200 cals. I hardly ever meet half of my carbs allowed and I am usually over in the protein. I have been counting calories and working out 2 months.However I have slacked a bit with both here and there. I have lost 12 lbs. and weight loss has remained the same for week, stuck. Do I need more carbs? Advice…

I do not have a membership either....use to years ago...now I ride my bike and walk the neighborhood for my cardio....cycling is good cardio...and you will lose weight if you keep it up....and eat right wendy

started on November 11th at 167. Currently 154.4....It would be thrilling if I could weigh in at 144.4....That would put me in the healthy BMI for my height...just barley in.... but in...can't wait...I am in... wendy
