My coworkers were getting taco bell today....had to think quick ...thought the taco salad would be the best choice....:noway: ......850 calories.........ouch........turned out to be the worst choice......but boy was it good!!!!!!

I think it depends on the weight loss goal .....I weigh 156 and am going for a 2lb a week loss....so I can have 1200...but if I go for a 1/2 lb. week I get 1400.... wendy

this is a great site one of the members posted http://www.caloriesperhour.com/ go to calories burned then click on activity list....site is great...you can enter your weight and mins done to get the total burned......hope that helps

hey bigjug1976...I noticed you like to fish...this burns quite a few calories...fishing form the bank for a 190lbs person burns 216 cal. an hours sitting...standing is 302 an hour.....my husband loves to fish and you can't even tell that man has a butt.....lol....good luck... wendy

I have always eaten late...well many nights...have lost 12 lbs in 2 months....when I am hungry like this I will eat cup of cerel with low fat milk....I eat frosted flakes cuz there sweet and no fat....I don't like to go to bed hungry....
