Hi everyone, Today is my first day on this myfitnesspal.com, I like the format...... I am hoping buy keeping track of my calories it will help me lose weight. I am also working out on a Treadmill and a Bo flex. I just started my healthy eating and working out Jan 7th 2008. I once lost 50lbs, 5 years ago or so, by basically starving myself. Ofcourse I gained it all back plus 20lbs. So I am changing my way of thinking. I am not dieting I am starting to eat healthy for life. Wish me luck! The picture of me is when I lost all my weight, I continue to look at it so I know exactly what I am working for!!!0
