I was just curious....do any of you eat by the clock? i mean, do you eat only at certain times or do you try and eat intuitively? i definitely have an eating disorder....i have been battling anorexia for 15 years ( i am 29). I just joined this site to see if it could help me GAIN weight. Even only after journaling my food for few days, i see how much work i have ahead of me... i often wonder though, do you think logging food and talking about it etc.…

Hi! My name is Kate and I am new here. My friend recommended this site to see if it could help me gain weight. I am currently 95 pounds (and 5'6"). I would like to get to around 110.
