  • Green tea is really good for you and even can help your skin with sun damage. It does contain caffeine and so I drink one big cup a day when i hit my 3:00 wall at work. You can even put a little honey in it and drink it over ice. It is also said to help with digestion and with metabolism :)
  • Yes you eat the extra calories. You body needs a certain amount of food just to keep going. You will still lose weight and workouts (especially strength training) will continue to burn more calories after you are done. :)
  • I think your weight is the amount you should be lifting leg-wise. Thats what I do and I do lots of reps.
  • I know it has been a while since you posted this, but I think your problem with using the refined instead of the organic natural unrefined. It should taste like coconut. And if it is in liquid form already I wouldnt use it. I hope this helps and hopefully you are still well on your way to your goal.
