Wow! That sounds so good!

Your post struck a chord with me. The last time I used MFP (about 8 months ago) I had the same issue and posted about it. Although it sounds like your children are a lot older than mine. My boys are only 7 & 9. My husband encouraged me at first also but soon grew tired of hearing about every little thing I was doing. He…

I might do more than 10 days on L2. Last night was D2L2 for me and right now it's HARD! I want to get to the point of NOT doing the modified versions before I move to L3. I AM proud that I only took 3 short few second breaks last night. On night 1 I thought I was going to pass out. It also helped that my 7yr old came to…

I'm moving on to L2D1 tionight. I'm doing each level for 10 days, 30 days straight. No breaks. I know people say you should do rest days. But for me 1 rest day can easily increase to 2 rest days and excuses and slacking. I can handle Jillian for 30 minutes a day. And I feel so much better when I do it. I make sure I…

Finished Level 1 Day 10 last night. Tonight it's on to Level 2 Day 1. :) I figure I'll be sore tomorrow. I LOVE that I can get thru all of level 1 nonstop. Makes me feel good.

I'm in. I started on March 10th. I'm doing each level for 10 days. 30 days straight. No days off. Today was day 9. I was sore for the first 3 days horribly. Now I'm achy but I can walk. And I do the entire workout without little breaks or slacking on the pushups. I feel better. More awake, less lazy. I see minor changes in…

Thanks for the links. According to those tools my body fat % is 25.9. My bmr is between 1293 and 1344. I am within that range almost every day and do eat back my excercse cals. So I'm pretty confident I'm doing my foodt he right way for me. I think that my body is just screwed up because i'm so damned late.

I'm 5'2" and currently 126. I have a good amount of fat to burn off so I'm looking more for inch loss than weight loss. I'm doing the 30DS so I know I'm toning up my arms, legs, back, core. I have to lose my belly, arms and inner thigh fat. Ultimately I would love to see 115 on the scale but in the long run I know if I…

Maybe for most people but my BP is high. I do my very best to do all I can to keep it down. Sodium additions are a big no-no. It's hard enough staying below the target. I don't want to add any if I don't need to.

there's got to be SOMETHING out there, right? I don't want fake crap. I LOVE butter but that's just not ok. I like my veggies but I want a little kick. Sigh.

UGH!!!!! I'm not a Melalueca fan! Let me tell you why... My husband and I signed up because he really liked their mens vitamins. So we signed the agreement and did our monthly orders. When we signed up the rep told us it would be a required $50 a month plus shipping and there were plenty of household items to choose from…

Thank you! I am pretty much over on fiber and always under on sodium. I eat every 3-4 hrs. I am strict with that because it DOES help me to not feel hungry. I DO need to up my protein but I struggle with how. That sounds so ridiculous but its true.

I may sound a little dumb but isn't having a deficit the point? I know sometimes I can mix info up because there is SO much of it, but I thought a 500 cal deficit per day = a lb a week loss. I don't meet that and it makes me think I won't lose.

Those snacks are throughout the day. a yogurt and apple for 1 snack and trail mix and cheese stick for the other.

Thanks everyone. I'm sooooo super bloated right now it's just silly. So I know it'll get here eventually. Hopefully sooner than later because I don't think there's anything else than watching the scale rise when you're working your butt off. Sometimes being a woman sucks!

I like the workout But I also turn down the sound. I look forward to friday when I move on to level 2. at lest then I'll have different stuff to hear.

Personally I think it is ok to go off a bit on weekends. I, too, am super strict during the week. it's sooo much easier to be that way when I'm on a schedule and have my food all packed up. There's no room to deviate. The weekends are a lot more difficult to stay on track because everyweekend varies and there are 2…

I am right there with you. My husband is the same way. He doesn't want to see me logging my food, he HATES that I post here about fitness & nutrition. I am also doing a 90 Day challenge with my boys' karate school. He HATES that I weigh in once a week, that I track my food, that I eat different foods than he eats....etc…

Your "just right stuffed" is = to my "full" :flowerforyou:

For me full is fine...overly stuffed = bad. But that's just me.
