I'm Having a very OFF week

I don't know what my deal is this week. Time change? My body finally deciding it's pms time? I don't know. But I can't wake up in the morning. I can't go to sleep on time. I've been waking up 5 times a night. I'm still eating right but this week i've either been uncontrollably hungry no matter what or not hungry at all. I'm craving bad stuff a lot more than usual. Since I've moved on to 30DS Level 2 it's impossible to do it @ 5am. Too many creaky floors, too much jumping and 3 sleeping people I can't wake up. Yesterday after everything else was done I attempted to get it in @ 8pm. I could barely get thru the 1st circuit.
I'm so frustrated and annoyed withmyself. I need to get back onto a doable routine. Since I started 30DS on 2/27 i haven't gotten my period. I was supposed to get it on the 2nd. I feel disgusting today. Blech!

Thanks for the links. According to those tools my body fat % is 25.9. My bmr is between 1293 and 1344. I am within that range almost every day and do eat back my excercse cals. So I'm pretty confident I'm doing my foodt he right way for me. I think that my body is just screwed up because i'm so damned late.0

Everyone has an off week...and thats ok. The fact that you realize it means your are making progress on your goal. If you need to eat junk food sometimes, I say go ahead. Once in a while is OK and once you eat it you realize you really didn't want it as bad as you thought you did. When I get like this I try drinking more water and eating fruit to get me by. Good Luck !0

keep your head up. we all go through what i like to call the "real-life checks" where life literally just gets in the way. my spring break this week brought me home, and it was really hard to find time to lift and to eat right. even though i had some rough days, i know that i can balance this, and i'll be back at it soon. just remember one week isn't going to kill you or throw you off your goal by a lot. best of luck to you0
