I like a bagel thin or thin english muffin topped with a fried egg or a scrambled egg and salsa and a tiny bit of cheese on top. Also can add texas pete or jalapenos - if you like it hot or salsa verde. 200-400 cals depends if (1/2 bagel thin and 1 egg) or ( 1 whole bagel thin and 2 eggs).
