Not true. I use that term and it doesn't have to due with someone who starves themselves. When I looked up safe foods it did not say the term belonged to anorexia people. We don't even know if the girl has an extreme eating disorder. Unless your her doctor, leave the girl alone.

Talk to them about myfitnesspal and healthy eating for about 10 minutes. That's what I do and they all avoid me and eat the food like they were closet eaters. I'm just so happy that myfitnesspal worked for me that I can't help talk about it.
