My dad is using chantax..he said it really helps the cravings... BUT it is messing with him emotionally...there have been side effects of suicidal thoughts...other then that he has crazy dreams at night (which isn't that bad)..he took the pill for about one month..and was getting to where he didn't even want to get out of…

the best thing to do is just move....most people start off at walking...walk for so many minutes..another thing you can do is interval training...for example...walk 10 min, then rest 2 min, then walk 10 rest 2 etc....try and keep your everyday life pysically active..if there are stores close to you...try walking to them…

I played at a college softball level..and i know the nutritionist for the baseball team had the thinner guys eat a high protein meal right before they went to bed (for example 2 peanut butter sandwiches or a protein shake) and many of them started putting on the pounds...hope this helps!

i have a 11 month old and i am also a full time student...i put in lightly active...i think it was the second one...because having a child thats on the move...you are constantly up and down..and the walks to and from classes....

The best way i find to curve sweet cravings is a lollipop.....it takes a while to lick all of the candy and it is just a few calories (about 60 calories and 0 fat and around 15g carbs depending on the size of the lollipop)....by the time your done with it..the cravings are gone!!!! good luck...
