Just started yesterday on my third week of losing weight. My short-term goal is to be under the 200 lb mark by Christmas.0 -

I was down to 177.5 after 2 weeks but then I went to Central America for 3 weeks and gained most of it back. Considering how much I ate I was actually happy with only gaining 3.5 lbs! Apparently rice and beans everyday isn't totally bad for you! And surfing was such great exercise. I wish I could do it regularly. Now I'm just trying to get back on track before the new year.:drinker:0 -

I didn't lose any this week.:ohwell: I have been then same for probably three weeks or so now. I guess I'm stuck. I'm trying to shake things up a little this week to see if it will help.

lost 10 so far so shooting for another 2 by christmas..........
when I set my goal I was shooting for size 7 by May 2008......when I started I was pushing size 16....
14 now fits...meaning I was squeezing in and bumping out in places.....looking forward to 12.....shooting for 7
anyone know how may lbs you need tl lose a size?
