Sorry I haven't tracked for a few weeks. Please go back to about November 1st and there should be weeks and weeks of typical days all tracked and filled out. (I was trying another app for a few weeks for counting calories but I'm back to MFP).

Sorry I haven't tracked for a few weeks. Please go back to about November 1st and there should be weeks and weeks of typical days all tracked and filled out. (I was trying another app for a few weeks for counting calories but I'm back to MFP). I have been stuck in a plateau of weight loss for about 8 months now. I've been…

I actually had taken a break from calorie counting and kept my intake at 1800. But I'll go ahead and open it and please look back to a few weeks and those would be my typical days. Thank you:)

Wow you're a runner? I'm trying to become one! I've worked up to being able to run 2 miles straight versus before I could barely jog down the block. anyways, congrats on your successes. I have a serious binge tendency for baked goods too! I never thought about going wheat free, but I have been vegetarian for a week to see…

Wow thank you so much (: I changed my goal to 1/2 pound and it set my net calorie goal at 1410. Hopefully that's not too high :/. I'll continue eating back exercise calories and we'll see from there! I appreciate everyone input (:

Yeah I try to change up my workouts a lot actually. And I eat very little processed foods. I've even began cycling or zigzagging calories. I upped my net calorie goal to 1330 and I pretty much average that net goal ore the course of a week. Is that still too little?

Ugh I guess I'm not Going through this alone! I wish I just could find a set answer! But I guess that's difficult to do since everyone is different and every body behaves differently :/
