I upgraded from my Fitbit flex to a charge HR. I do thai boxing so I like that it works out my calorie burn from my heart rate as I am not always making steps as such. Hope this helps.

Hi. I am no expert but I was recently following MFP calories of 1200 and have now swithched to eating about 1500 and not eating back excercise. I was not losing at 1200 but I have hit 138lbs for first time by eating more. Hope this is helpful.

Hi, I'm about 3 weeks in although recently been doing a mixture of 6 week 6 pack. I can't say I've lost weight however I am noticing I have a more defined look about me. I still drip with sweat. Good luck
