hi everyone For the last 3 weeks I have been eating on average 1400-1500 calories per day ( activity level set at lightly active) I lost weight initially but seem to have plateued. Hi everyone I am back again... I am determined this year to meet my goal of 8 stone 7 pounds. I am from the uk and 30 years old. I am fed up of yo-yo dieting. I am reminded of a quote I read on my Thai boxing gym wall "if you're tired of starting over stop giving in!" I am hoping this can be my mantra this time round.

calorie goal confusion
Hi I'm 29 5'5 and currently weigh 139lbs. I am confused as to the amount of calories I should be eating. MFP set me goal of 1200 but when I calculate 20% of my BMR that gives me a calorie goal of 1500. Any advice on which one to go with? I excercise on average 3 times a week Thanks
