Amen to that! I have Celiac disease and it totally is a pain in the...... I don't understand why anyone would choose it as a lifestyle. It just complicates every choice you make and every social activity that you do. Don't even get me started on what it's like to travel.

This info is so helpful. Not sure I totally get it but I'm sure trying... My BMR is only 1279 no matter how many times I run it. TDEE is 1749 if I'm reading this correctly. If you go to Fat2Fit site it has a calculator for many things including goal weight. First use the Military Body Fat Calculator and once you determine that it will ask if you would like to calculate your goal body weight. It will also help you determine appropriate goal body fat percentage.…

I have celtic disease ( no wheat, rye or barley) and find that Udis products are as close to the real thing as you can get.
