  • Welcome! I had gestational diabetes with both my kiddos! I agree that diet will help without medicine. Eat tons of veggies. I couldn't eat too much fruit, but berries might be a good option for you because they are lower in carbs and sugar. Good luck on your journey!
  • Count me in! I have about 6-7lbs to lose. I am really trying to get toned, more than I care about the number on the scale....which seems very challenging to me.
