I love black bean and brown rice burritos. Yummy 1 can of black beans (drained) 2 cups of minute maid brown rice ( cooked) cilantro parlsley 1/2 cup diced onion. 1 can of diced tomatoes ( I use mexican diced) Mix it all up cook it about 20 minutes. It was good
