I know a woman that loses 100 pounds every other year with WW. You can guess what happens on the other years. However, WW has been touted as the best weight loss program for keeping weight off. I'm with @giftbouquets though, obsessing about what I'm eating doesn't do a lot for me long term.

My package says "2 pan fried slices (18 grams)" When I'm not being lazy I weigh the cooked slices. When I'm being lazy I use 11 grams per slice because that's what it seems to consistently be when raw. So quite the difference.

Definitely add fat to a low fat meat. That's the way to go in my opinion. Someone told me yesterday that the price of thighs and legs is expected to rise and breast is expected to decline due to a higher demand of thighs. Don't know how much truth there is in this but I was disappointed.
