  • I work from home and have converted my desk to a bike desk. My plan is to bike the mileage distance from my home to San Francisco and back this year while working - about 5400 miles.
  • I set up a bike desk for working at and managed to bike 375 miles for the month of September.
  • I have started running and have found the best way for me is to warm up (about 5 minutes), run for 1 minute, and then walk for 1 minute.
