I'm still working on a plan. I am usually at school by 7, and I have 2 very young children. I'm not sure mornings would work for me, even though I loved it years ago when I'd go at 5. But trying to get 2 kids up, dressed, and delivered to grandparents and then get myself to work at 7 would be awful! And my husband leaves…

I did the same thing today. I ate lots of pizza today at lunch, washed down with a nice cold beer. And it wasn't a light beer either. Then had a cheeseburger for dinner. Few fruits and veggies, and least compared to what I had been doing. I'm paying for it now because it's 8:30 PM and I feel like crap...totally bloated.…

I've had 2 c-sections in the past 2 years, the most recent 5 months ago, plus an appendectomy 3 months ago! I'm not as worried about my "muffin top" as I am about just losing the extra weight to be healthy. I just want to keep up with my crazy kids! Best of luck!

I kinda have the same feeling as you...I really want to lose some major weight, but I love to have a drink or 2.
