I love doing step even though I don't know all the moves so I'm guessing for now I'm not burning as much calories as everyone else. I'm thinking my body probably needs more weight training though since I'm not big anymore and just need a lot of tightening and toning. I am just not good at the whole weights thing.

By healthy I just mean lots of fruit veggies salads. Rarely dairy cause I'm lactose intolerant. Carbs tend to make me feel bloated and yucky that's why I do this.

I have a good scale but rarely use it. Will put in like one whole bell pepper or one small Apple. For chicken I usually cut my breasts in half and just eat half then fill up on veggies.

im 5'4" and started in january 2012 at 157 on the left. the right is 5 months later at about 126. Im now 123 and trying to maintain. went from a size 11/13 to a now 3/5 and old navy a size 0 or 2!!!! i've never been this thin/healthy in my life :) good luck everyone

I was VERY strict in the beginning. before i started mfp, i never thought twice about what i ate, so when i started, i think it was a total shock to my body between counting calories and exercising every day. (and i mean every day) as time went on and i had less and less to lose, i started becoming less strict…

1200 calories/day. started with jillian michaels 30 day shred then ripped in 30 then mixed it up doing one video a day rotating between those and her 6 week 6 pack. ( just whatever i was in the mood for) as i said, i have the two kids so didnt have time (or money) for anything else more than 30 min a day.

i love their veggie sticks/veggie chips :) although i now usually buy them from regular grocery store cause they carry rosemary and olive oil flavored ones. you can have a decent size portion for not many calories :) i personally try to stay away from dried fruit and stick to fresh because they lack the water i want to get…
