So I finally got a gym membership at several gyms and was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on which group classes are most productive. I have ten to fifteen more lbs to lose. fitness mode vs fat burning mode on hrm???HELP
i just got my hrm....polar ft7. im wondering....do i want to be in fitness mode for most of time or fat burning??? whats the difference??? how do i stay in one or the other??? after my workouts it is telling me i am in fitness mode for majority of the time. is this good or bad??? hopefully someone can help me out here!!!

how does the site know how much i burn with just normal daily activity??? where do they take the 500 calorie deficit from??? just trying to understand. i guess i just want to make sure i eat enough calories but dont go over if im not burning the calories the site says i am. am i making any sense???
