Advice on at home core work?

I'm almost at my goal weight but I definitely have a lot of toning to do! I'm not very knowledgable on how to tone. I work out at home using hand weights to Jillian michaels DVDs. So I'm just looking for some direction on how to tone at home specifically in my belly area cause that needs most work from having 4 babies in 5 years
it's almost flat but very jiggly lol and saggy
please help!
