I'm almost at my goal weight but I definitely have a lot of toning to do! I'm not very knowledgable on how to tone. I work out at home using hand weights to Jillian michaels DVDs. So I'm just looking for some direction on how to tone at home specifically in my belly area cause that needs most work from having 4 babies in 5 years :/ it's almost flat but very jiggly lol and saggy :( please help!

Toning generally refers to losing enough fat to be able to see the muscles underneath. We've all got abs, and you can work them and strengthen your core, but if there's still fat sitting on top, that six pack won't be visible. And unfortunately we can't spot reduce.

For fat loss, eat at a small calorie deficit, and go for strength training, lifting what is challenging for you, aiming to progress through the weeks.

If you're near goal weight, sounds like body recomp is what you're looking for, and the best way to get it is to lift heavy. Search for the forums for Stronglifts, there are some great topics out there and great inspirational stories.

If the saggy is excess skin I don't think you can get rid of that. Although I've seen a sort of belly wrap that is suppose to help - don't know if it works or not though. Online only.

If it is a problem of losing too much weight in a short time and having lose skin from this, with time it will get firmer. If it is damaged skin with stretchmarks etc from pregnancies, again with time it will start looking better but it will never look as it was pre babies without surgery.
