Can someone point me in the right direction?

I've reached my goal weight but have quite a bit of toning to do now. I've mastered losing weight. I've done it now three times after having my last three kids but no idea how to tone. My belly specifically. It's pretty flat but very loose from all my pregnancies. Any tips on how to start and what to do? I only work out at home.

Start a heaving lifting program like strong lifts 5x5 or new rules of lifting for women. Eat at maintenance.

The loose belly may be skin and not fat (hard to tell without seeing it). If it is excess skin, there isn't much that can be done beyond surgery. Time will help the skin tighten some, but it will only do so much,

Lifting heavy is the most efficient method.....not ideal for people who exercise at home and don't have money for equipment.

Check into You Are Your Own Gym, or Nerd Fitness. You can start with body weight exercises and build from there.
