I have just purchased the Jillian Michaels DVD 30 day shred.......i havent tried it yet....but ill let you guys know how it goes!! Im hoping ill get the results it promises....even if i dont...im sure its gonna be a great workout regardless!!

Thank you ladies for your posts!! I was just curious because it didnt feel like i was working out....i mean i worked up a sweat but it just seemed to easy!!! It is lovely however for the quietness of the machine so i can watch my shows while doing it!!! thats the best! Nice to know it actually is some form of exercise that…

Typicall all my carbs come from fruit, rice, and whole grain pasta....they are really low in fat however...but so heavy on the carbs......if i dont eat carbs i feel terrible and sluggish......i know there are better types of carbs out there......but what specifically can i eat that is as quick and as easy and as delicious…

thanks for all your input!! And pizza is my biggest downfall....i live to eat pizza....lol Oh and i did not eat it all in one sitting.....about half at dinner and half for a snack......some snack huh? lol Thanks all!

Just a quick question to anyone who may have an answer....i was wondering about a once a week rough day where you go over your reccommended calorie intake....will you still lose weight or will it just sabatoge the days ive stayed in my limit?? I dont want to do this every week....but i was just wondering for future…

Hi all, I am a little confused .... if we eat our "earned" calories....how do we "lose" weight?? Isnt that why we are exercising?? To lose the "extra" calories?? lol Someone shed some light please? Can anyone explain this to me?? lol Whoa. little too much quotation there!
