  • Welcome to the site! The one thing I can offer is be as honest as you can when you put in your exercise and what you eat. You only cheat yourself if you don't. This site works...trust me!! Again, welcome!!
  • I've not seen the game, but my wife does have her 30 day shred video...and as a guy it even kicks my butt, and I PT with the Navy...you may want ot check it out!
  • Just cheese in general is my biggest downfall. I simply love it! I have hereditary high cholesterol that is being controlled via Vytorin, so I do indulge every now and again...but I can remember living in Philadelphia, going to Pat's steaks and getting a nice cheesesteak w/x-tra cheese and fried onions...../sigh... lol

  • One thing I've found out is that if there is something you truly enjoy, dont deny yourself. The more you deny yourself, and then finally give in, you'll have more of that thing than you need. If you want a diet zero, have one....you're doing it the right way staying hydrated, and you're not drinking 10 of them. Gotta treat…
  • Ahh ok. I'm 5'10", 40 yrs old. Looking to drop 1 1/2 lbs a week which shouldnt be too terribly hard. Its the switching to light beer on weekends now that is tough!! :P
