Fry Theft

I was @ In-n-out for lunch and accross from me was a man with animal-style fries (fries topped w/ cheese, grilled onion and hamburger).

I was torn between disgust for the massive caloric value and wanton desire to steal this man's lunch.

It was a close one, but I managed to leave the fries alone and avoid the caloric and legal consequences of lunch theft.

But if he hadn't been a stranger..... I wonder if fries are the most-thefted food (from friends you're eating with).

Stranger or not - its been 2 years since I've had In-n-Out - I would have gone over there and helped myself to his fries. I LOVE animal style fries!

But, slightly healthier ('cause sometimes its just too much cheese) you can get grilled onions on your fries and a side of sauce! They won't "animal style" without cheese, it just gets really confusing.
  • LOL very funny!

I think cheese curds are right up there with foods most likely to be stolen.

Oooh, we don't really have those much in CA, but my fiance (from WI) says they're super-yummy!

Just cheese in general is my biggest downfall. I simply love it! I have hereditary high cholesterol that is being controlled via Vytorin, so I do indulge every now and again...but I can remember living in Philadelphia, going to Pat's steaks and getting a nice cheesesteak w/x-tra cheese and fried onions...../sigh... lol
  • You should have stolen some. Just some. SRSLY. Potatoes are the best food ever. Damn them for being bad carbs though :( haha
