I think once a month is fine as long as you don't go nuts! I let myself have a meal i don't count twice a month but I also make sure not to go too crazy (ie maybe pizza but not pizza,soda,tons of bread, etc).

Unfortunately all the numbers are estimates... there is no way a website can take into account your individual metabolism. First of all CONGRATS! That is great. I know it's not as fast as some of the people on here but that doesn't mean it's not reason to celebrate!! As someone who struggles to even lose a pound a week I can understand it feels slow but 20 lbs in absolutely great. I can't wait to get there! Keep up the great work!

Hummus is a great lunch idea thanks! Are you near a whole foods? They have a great low fat tuna salad and the whole container is only 105 calories. Anything where you can cut out the mixers! I'm not a fan of rum so instead of rum and diet soda I do cherry or raspberry vodka and diet coke... tastes like a cherry coke!
