i usually eat nestle fitness cereals with low fat milk ( 152 cals ) , 1 medium banana with 10 g of peanut butter ( 180 cals ) and strawberry milkshake ( 80 cals )

maybe in the future,now it's too expensive,i'm just a student :( i don't eat my exercise calories...but i was thinking to start eating them. so if i i burn according to mfp e.g. 185 cals,i'll eat 90 cals

i'm bigger than i was 4 years ago when i lost 8 kilos :( my start weight 4 years ago was 68 kgs and now it was 73 kgs
