I always look at the junk at work and say "that'll take about an hour to run off, this one about two hours...etc..." If you start putting things into miles, you'll stop eating them REAL quick!!

Hell, ruin his day and speak with your HR department! Have him take a few harassment classes outside of work...that'll shut his a*% up for a while.

I was stuck for about 3 weeks. Went on a golf trip, drank beers and tried to stay on track with eating but know I didnt. Came back to the scale on Monday and lost weight! Lost about 7lbs in the next 4 weeks after :) Go Golfing! LOL
-
3 weeks and you're out in my book. Gotta excuse people if they are on vacation or something for a week or two. I'm on each day, I would expect the same for most of my friends! Feel free to add me :)

Well, everyone pitches it is $4 a day, which by all means is correct. In order to make it taste ok to swallow, it'll cost you another dollar or two to mix it with other stuff.

This is a confusing situation for sure. I do not eat back my excersise calories. I eat 1900 a day, burn 400-500 calories and end up netting 1400-1500 a day. I'm currently on my first round of P90X and on the fat shredder diet. I need 2400 calories to survive, so I have quite the deficit right now! I do not log my excersise…

Thought when people died in the movies that they actually died. Always thought to myself why would they volunteer for that! LOL
-
Why not both? haha!

Daily saline cleanse during the season will help. Neti pots are good to, but my wife has had more success with that than me. I know quite a bit about this issue as I just had nasal surgery about 6 months ago....and that was no fun at all!

Epic video and a true inspiration! Thank you for sharing!

With your powder, toss in 1 cup of frozen strawberries/banana's, 1 cup of water and your protein...its YUMMY.
-
I eat Chipolte once a week usually. As long as you eat right, its not bad for you really. Lots of protein! I eat the chicken burrito bowl, light cheese, no sour cream and I love it!! Havent had McDonalds or anything like that for a few months now and have no desire.
-
LOL!! Love it. Toned out but not muscular is my preference :)
-
Mornings, typically on Monday's or mid week. Only step on it once a week at most.

Well ok....men dont stumble into the bathroom, in the dark and hope to hit the toilet. Easy fix here, turn on the light!
-
Amen....
-
WOWZER!!! Good work, you look great!!

ON gold standard vanilla ice cream is yummy with frozen strawberries & bananas blended up. Its a good quality protein.

This was a question I had too. Why dont they add a quick note stating 8, 8oz glasses.

Awesome program for beginners like I was! I lost 15lbs and made it to week 7 before I started P90X! It's nice because it starts you out slowly!
-
I went through week 7 of the program and dropped 18lbs (3lb not recorded on MFP :P). For me, it was the easy fat as its been years since I worked out and the first i've ever really ran. Started to watch what I was eating and ran every other day. I stopped the program because I started P90X, but I fully expect to start…

I've been thinking about trying my powder in my coffee too. Im concerned now it won't mix like you said. I need an alternative to my morning coffee as sugar and cream isn't working out diet wise.

Just dont watch Man vs Food! That show makes me hungry!
-
I'm down for the group idea. I havent done one on MFP yet, would like to check it out and see everyone's progress/struggles/tips etc!
-
LOL! That thing is massive! I hope you can get to your goal!

"Whatever turns you on" As I see Tony staring at the lady bending over in front of him! LOL

Wowzer...both my kids were under 7lbs. I feel sorry for anyone with babies bigger than even 8lbs

Thanks everyone for the support and tips. First night went ok! We made it through the full workout, but skipped half of ab ripper because we were exhausted and didn't want to overdue it. At one point of the workout, diamond pushups I did only one! I was like whoa! Rested a second and did a few more. I never felt my arms…

Just finished up week 7, day 1. I never ever thought I would run 25 minutes straight, its crazy and I'm happy with myself. I find at the moment you are wanting to slow down or walk, if you push through it for another 30 seconds, get your mind right, you get a dose of adrenaline or something and you feel like you can run…

My story is pretty generic I guess. Stepped on a scale first week of January and said enough is enough...I also have 2 kids that I want to set a good example for and I do not want to be the out of shape dad on the sidelines breathing heavy lol. Just want to extend my life and live healthy and grow old to see my kids…
