You can actually become stronger pushing up from the knees. Once you build your strength you can do full push ups from there. I started from lying face down on the floor and pushing upwards onto my toes. Try that too :)

Logging and prelogging works for me. I did not realise how much I ate until I started logging on MFP. I haven't cut anything like carbs from my calorie intake just mindful of how much I'm eating.

I agree had to send my FT7 back twice for repairs the third time I dumped it. I do recommend you find a HRM with a chest strap. Better accurate readings from a chest strap from my personal experience. Currently looking at getting the new Tom Tom device that also plays music. It is yet to be released here.

I get embarrassed when people comment on my weight loss. Makes me want to hide somewhere. When people want to know how I have done it I just say Im eating less and exercising more. I dont go into the nitty gitty, cause I find they lose interest if I bark on about heavy liftiing lol

Definitely try two Kiwifruit a day one in the morning and one at night. My doctor told me to do that a couple of weeks back when I was having issues and it really is working well for me. I prefer to gold ones but either will do the same job.

Im doing it. I eat 2000 calories on my feed days and the trend is Im losing between 500gr to one kilo per week. It doesnt work for everyone. But give it a try and give it four weeks at least. Also take photos once a month :)

I have two. The biggest one goes from the back of my neck and down my spine to about where my bra strap sits. I'll be getting another big one soon on my thigh mainly done in the form of dotwork. :)

Amazeballs. Im doing ADF too and Im down 4 kilos about 9lbs. Doesnt work for everyone but it works for me. Great to here the meds have reduced for you too.

Im in my 10th week and have lost 4 kilos about 9 lbs. I have more energy, sleeping better, skin is excellent and my moodiness has improved.

I have a 1.25L of water and I count that as three glasses even though it's probably more. I fill that up about three and a half times a day
