How do you delete exercises from your list on here?
I have a long list of exercises that I dont use or log anymore. How can I remoove this from my page? Im not talking about the "My exercises" page just the one where everyone can log the same exercise? TIA

Hi, I'm after some ideas, I'm struggling to reach my 2100 limit. Its alot of food. Im a heavy lifter and I workout alot so decided to eat this amount daily without eating back any exercise calories. Thanks for your feedback

Results from heavy lifting since January 2013
I usually wear tshirts that cover my upper arm. NSV - Took photos a month after the last ones....
and my eyes almost popped out of my head when I compared the difference. I've barely moved scale weight wise but my body shape is rapidly changing for the better. Results of heavy lifting :)

Ooooh yeah I did it. Shoulder pressed 28 kilos using dumbells. I felt like a boss! Was a bit worried that I wouldnt get them even up off my knees. Loving this programme I am on 5x5x3x8

Do you turn off your HRM right after your workout?
Or do you keep it on for stretches cause I imagine your heart rate needs a few minutes to hit the resting rate. Was just wondering this after finishing my cardio w/o and was huffing and puffing for a few minutes thereafter.

I have increased my caloric intake to OMG... 2000!
This is huge for me gone from 1500 cal up to 2000 Ive given myself a year to lose weight and gain muscle its all about trial and error for me this year. I had to reduce the length on my HRM by quite alot! Funny how the day before I felt I didnt need to adjust this but this morning it was very loose. Couldnt wipe the smile off my face :)

When does the tracker change after weight loss?
I went down a kilo last week and it hasnt shown on my tracker when I "checked in" Do you have to lose a certain amount for it to appear? I think one kilo in a week for me is astounding lol therefore it should be there for me to see and be proud of :)

Cardio Inbetween Lifting
Hi All, On my off days (STAGE 1) from the program Im doing about 30 minutes of cardio. Is anyone else doing cardio in between or just lifting? and if you are just concentrating on lifting why are you not doing cardio? Thanks ladies :)

Protein shake after workout
Hi, I see in the book it recommends you have a shake after your workout. I train at lunchtime and sometimes before dinner. Should I still have my shake followed shortly after by lunch or dinner? Ive tried the shake after a workout and 10 minutes later Im still hungry. Thanks for your feedback

Working out how many calories you should be eating
Hi, Page 62-67 Chapter 7 of the book explains what your calorie intake should be so I tried the RMR equation example on page 63 and didnt come up with 1254 calories :/ 795 + 7.18x64(kilos) = 1254? I got 51339.52 lol WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
