I have increased my caloric intake to OMG... 2000!

This is huge for me gone from 1500 cal up to 2000 Ive given myself a year to lose weight and gain muscle its all about trial and error for me this year. At the moment im not losing alot but I am measuring and just feel im not eating enough to compensate my butt breaking lifting programme.

How long shall I trial this for? 2 months?
