Hi, Im new here so just getting a feel of what is what.

I notice that if you have done cardio it adds on extra calories you have earnt but doesnt if you have done weight lifting. Lifiting weights you can burn calories and fat for upto 48 hours after the fact so why does it not tally up the difference like it does if you have done cardio?

Thank you :)

There's a "Strength Training" option under the cardio section. You can log it that way.

there is an entry in the exercise diary under the cardio section for strength training that adds calories burned. The strength training section is more about recording your weights/reps.

^this but note that it only accounts for what you're burning in the session. You do likely continue to burn during recovery, but consider that bonus.

?? Not sure why?? Go to the exercise tab (if you're on a PC) or add "cardiovascular"(if on your phone-depending on what you have), choose cardio, search "strength training"/(select strength training), enter the minutes in and add. If that's what you did, I'm not sure why it didn't add the calories. It should.
