Would like to hear anyones feedback/tips/tricks and advice here
Ive done BFL and was successful with that but thought I would try NROL as I love weight lifting.
Stage One Workout A only took me 20 minutes to complete yesterday and Im used to going upto 45-60 minutes lifting weights.
I have a serious case of DOMS today though.
Just want to know if its spose to be that short and if Im doing something wrong?
Thanks team

i'm doing it now...i'm on workout 5a on Wednesday!! Yes, it ends up being pretty short, only 20-25 minutes including a warm up set or 2...but I think once you get into 3 sets rather than 2 it will start taking longer.0

Excellent! Takes a bit of getting used too with the workouts being so short. At first I thought you had to do all reps in one workout 15,12,8 and 6...FAIL haha was quite confusing to read at first.
Thanks and well done on taking on NROL
Are you doing cardio on your off days? I see they dont really get into that side of it until stage 2.0 -
i still do zumba 2 days a week and take 2 full rest days. I also usually do 20 minutes of cardio when I'm done lifting. I still have some fat to take off, so I can't give up my cardio. LOL.
there's a group of us New Rules girls if you'd like to join us!!0 -
